Objective: Evaluate the quality of life in oncological and hematological patients. Method: Cross-sectional study, analyzed through the EORTC QLQ C-30, VAS, and ECOG questionnaires. Results: 48 participants; when compared, pain with symptoms (p=0.004) and functionality (p=0.029), less pain, better quality of life. Younger age and functional score (p=0.030), better quality of life. Functional scale with ECOG (p≤0.001), the lower the score, the better the quality of life. Significant prevalence of women in terms of symptoms (p=0.006), the majority did not experience nausea, but those who did had significant symptoms (p=0,024). Discussion: Studies show better quality of life for hematological tumors and lower scores in women, chemotherapy treatment, active smokers, with pain, more comorbidities, and dependence. Conclusion: Individuals with better functional capacity showed better quality of life, and lower scores were observed for those with solid tumors, women, comorbidities, higher symptom scores, and older age.
