Objective: to identify the drug interactions of cyclophosphamide with adjuvant drugs in cancer therapy and continuous use in cancer patients treated at a hospital in Rio Grande do Sul. Method: data on age, sex, comorbidities, neoplasia and drugs of 30 patients using cyclophosphamide were obtained from the patients medical records and the interactions evaluate with the help of online tools. Results and discussions: in addition to the medications prescribed for cancer therapy, 23 (76.7%) individuals were using continuous use drugs. Four drug interactions were identified with cyclophosphamide in the UpToDatee platform and 24 in Medscape. The most frequent classifications were monitored and mild. The most severe interactions were with the use of hydrochlorothiazide and doxorubicin. Conclusion: cyclophosphamide has been shown to be safe regarding drug interactions. Prescription evaluation should be conducted using different databases.
